Responsibilities
Live Trainings (Primary responsibility): Conduct live trainings for customers, following scripts and quality standards, with support from the team. Assist customers during sessions and answer questions.
Recorded Trainings: Support the creation of scripts, learn required tools and help record educational content under team guidance.
Corporate Experiments: Assist in the ideation and execution of initiatives aimed at process improvement and innovation, actively participating in discussions.
Continuous Learning: Keep up to date with product changes to support review of training materials and ensure alignment with new features.
Data Analysis: Support tracking of metrics (such as attendance, satisfaction and engagement), and organize data in spreadsheets and tracking tools.
Requirements
University degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Marketing, Education or related areas.
Interest in Customer Success, training or customer relationships.
Customer service experience is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with clarity and a didactic approach for interacting with customers.
Organized, detail-oriented and willing to learn continuously.
Basic knowledge of digital tools (spreadsheets, presentation software, etc.).
Proactive, collaborative profile and comfortable working in a team.
