About the role

  • Marketing Coordinator assisting with marketing projects and campaigns for Stagestep's dance flooring solutions. Supporting brand consistency and executing digital strategies in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns across multiple channels to build brand and product awareness within targeted segments and audiences.
  • Ensure all communications align with Stagestep’s brand identity, voice, and tone.
  • Support development and scheduling of social media content across platforms.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of email marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate development of video content and other multimedia.
  • Coordinate design and production of marketing brochures, sample binders, flyers, etc.
  • Support planning and execution of trade shows, events, and sponsorships.
  • Assist in preparing sales and promotional presentations.

Requirements

  • H.S. diploma.
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s in Marketing/Communications a plus
  • Experience in marketing support, digital marketing or related
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, strong computer experience
  • Effective written and verbal communication and organizational skills
