Responsibilities
Driving development of strategies and resulting marketing/promotional programs to stimulate demand for given portfolio of products/services and ensures proper execution of these programs.
Making recommendations based on the analysis of market /competitive dynamics and KOLs’ insights;
Managing promotional budget allocated to given portfolio
Developing educational and promotional materials and other specific promotional tools/programs/activities to support marketing plan implementation, in a strict accordance to the HCBI guidelines,
Building strong business relationships with KOLs and relevant scientific societies
Providing relevant product trainings to sales/other teams;
Driving new product introductions (NPI) adoption;
Actively participating and contributing to the business planning process;
Ensuring full alignment with EMEA/CEE strategies/guidelines for given portfolio;
Partnering with key focus groups and patient societies, if/as relevant;
Partnering with ProfEd to ensure full alignment
Administrating equipment and advertising materials entrusted to him/her;
Driving cross-functional cooperation around the portfolio as required (SC, CS, deliver etc)
