About the role

Responsibilities
- Introduce, implement and further develop processes in construction projects within the overhead line sector.
- Review implemented processes during planning and construction phases, including monitoring their effectiveness and evaluating improvement measures.
- Ensure quality in construction project document management (e.g., construction documentation, minutes, certifications).
- Act as the point of contact for project and site teams on all matters related to processes, standards and document templates.
- Plan, organize and prepare/follow up project and site meetings (PMO meetings).
- Further develop and apply project management tools and methods with a focus on construction and infrastructure projects.
- Build and maintain a central lessons-learned database from construction and project execution.
Requirements
- A completed degree in business or engineering, ideally related to construction, infrastructure or project management, or an equivalent qualification (e.g., Fachwirt/certified specialist, technician).
- Whether you're an entry-level candidate or have several years of experience in process, quality or construction management — you'll find the appropriate level to join us.
- Proficient with common MS Office applications; knowledge of MS Project or construction-related planning tools is a plus.
- Team player with assertiveness, quick comprehension and strong organizational skills, also in a construction site environment.
- Driving license class B (car) and willingness to travel regularly to construction sites and project locations (approx. 3–4 days per week).
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written (at least C1 level).
