Responsibilities
As the central interface, you connect our clients with the business units of Omexom Offshore
From the outset, you take overall responsibility for leading tender projects – from the first customer contact to contract signing
You prepare tender documentation, create cost calculations and develop technical concepts
At client meetings, you present our company and our solutions convincingly and professionally
In your role you organize and coordinate interdisciplinary project teams across different departments
Together with Contract Management and Legal, you conduct contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors
Internally, you moderate bid presentations and risk reviews and ensure transparent decision-making bases
Requirements
You hold a degree in business or engineering, e.g., economics, business administration, industrial engineering, engineering, project management, supply chain management, or a comparable qualification
You bring several years of professional experience in project management, ideally as a Bid Manager, Tender Manager, Proposal Manager or in a technical/industrial environment
You have a strong understanding of operational processes, tenders and both technical and commercial aspects
Your way of working is structured, independent and solution-oriented
You confidently analyze complex matters and present them clearly, precisely and appropriately for the target audience
With high self-motivation, organizational talent and enthusiasm, you know how to lead interdisciplinary teams and bring others along
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile
