About the role
- Bid Manager leading tender projects for Omexom Offshore. Connecting clients with business units and managing project teams from customer contact to contract signing.
Responsibilities
- As the central interface, you connect our clients with the business units of Omexom Offshore
- From the outset, you take overall responsibility for leading tender projects – from the first customer contact to contract signing
- You prepare tender documentation, create cost calculations and develop technical concepts
- At client meetings, you present our company and our solutions convincingly and professionally
- In your role you organize and coordinate interdisciplinary project teams across different departments
- Together with Contract Management and Legal, you conduct contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors
- Internally, you moderate bid presentations and risk reviews and ensure transparent decision-making bases
Requirements
- You hold a degree in business or engineering, e.g., economics, business administration, industrial engineering, engineering, project management, supply chain management, or a comparable qualification
- You bring several years of professional experience in project management, ideally as a Bid Manager, Tender Manager, Proposal Manager or in a technical/industrial environment
- You have a strong understanding of operational processes, tenders and both technical and commercial aspects
- Your way of working is structured, independent and solution-oriented
- You confidently analyze complex matters and present them clearly, precisely and appropriately for the target audience
- With high self-motivation, organizational talent and enthusiasm, you know how to lead interdisciplinary teams and bring others along
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile
