Responsibilities
Execution of HR processes such as onboarding, performance management support, absenteeism registration, employment conditions, and payroll-related administration
Monitoring and maintaining employee files and HR data, ensuring compliance with HR-related laws and internal policies
Ensuring that all new hires, departures, absences, promotions, and other employee changes are recorded accurately and on time
Assisting with visa applications, residence permits, and work authorization checks in coordination with external providers and internal stakeholders
Supporting immigration-related administration to ensure compliance with local regulations
Ensuring timely and clear communication of employee data, both internally and with external providers, such as pension and occupational health providers
Maintaining accurate HR records and supporting the preparation of reports related to employee leave, compliance, and other HR metrics
Reviewing and supporting accurate timesheet registration for employees
Supporting the intern lifecycle, including onboarding, performance evaluations, and exit procedures
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in a Human Resources role, internship, traineeship, or relevant administrative position
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labour Law, Business Administration, or a related field
Basic knowledge of Dutch labour law or the willingness to develop this knowledge further
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in English; Dutch is an advantage
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Experience with, or interest in, cloud-based HR and ERP systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
