About the role

  • HR Officer supporting HR processes in an international office of OMA. Managing onboarding, compliance, and employee data while ensuring alignment with HR policies.

Responsibilities

  • Execution of HR processes such as onboarding, performance management support, absenteeism registration, employment conditions, and payroll-related administration
  • Monitoring and maintaining employee files and HR data, ensuring compliance with HR-related laws and internal policies
  • Ensuring that all new hires, departures, absences, promotions, and other employee changes are recorded accurately and on time
  • Assisting with visa applications, residence permits, and work authorization checks in coordination with external providers and internal stakeholders
  • Supporting immigration-related administration to ensure compliance with local regulations
  • Ensuring timely and clear communication of employee data, both internally and with external providers, such as pension and occupational health providers
  • Maintaining accurate HR records and supporting the preparation of reports related to employee leave, compliance, and other HR metrics
  • Reviewing and supporting accurate timesheet registration for employees
  • Supporting the intern lifecycle, including onboarding, performance evaluations, and exit procedures

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in a Human Resources role, internship, traineeship, or relevant administrative position
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labour Law, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of Dutch labour law or the willingness to develop this knowledge further
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English; Dutch is an advantage
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Experience with, or interest in, cloud-based HR and ERP systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
