About the role

  • Administrator for Education Dept. at Old Republic Title coordinating programs, webinars, and training sessions. Fostering communication and support for agents and attorneys in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate professionally and comfortably with team members, leadership, customers, and partners via email, phone, video conference, and in person
  • Bring a positive, flexible, and proactive attitude when supporting coworkers and customers
  • Maintain the Agent Education calendar, including webinar titles, presenters, co-organizers, and accreditation approvals
  • Schedule webinars and prepare requests to facilitate sessions
  • Monitor calls and emails from attendees looking for connection information
  • Publish recorded webinars, submit requests to publish recorded sessions, and review and update materials when needed
  • Manage accreditation renewals as they expire, re-publish webinars for new accreditation periods or move content to the training library, update materials with current accreditation details
  • Keep accurate accreditation records and history
  • Schedule training sessions and coordinate timelines
  • Invite presenters and help resolve scheduling conflicts
  • Manage registration processes and related email communications
  • Maintain accurate class rosters
  • Update and maintain training manuals and materials, working closely with presenters on deadlines
  • Coordinate shipment of manuals and training materials
  • Communicate with attendees before and during training sessions, in addition to scheduled campaign emails
  • Respond to inbound questions and requests from attendees and agents
  • Assist with registrations
  • Share accreditation information
  • Provide webinar access details and options for missed sessions
  • Answer questions about upcoming education and training opportunities

Requirements

  • Experience in an administrative, education, or training support role is a plus
  • Strong organization and time-management skills
  • Friendly and professional communication style
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities
  • Familiarity with email, video conferencing platforms, and general office tools
  • A helpful, customer-focused mindset
