Responsibilities
Administrative processing of shipping transactions

Planning outbound and return deliveries according to orders

Monitoring the receipt of documents and data for air and sea freight
Overseeing timely and correct order processing

Requirements
Completed vocational training as an Industrial Clerk (Industriekaufmann), Freight Forwarding Agent (Speditionskaufmann) or similar qualification
Experience in shipping or logistics
Good command of English, both written and spoken
Structured and independent working style
High quality awareness and team-oriented approach
Good knowledge of MS Office applications
