About the role

  • Sales Manager expanding Ogury’s presence in Australia's AdTech market. Drive growth and build partnerships within a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and own new business growth across agencies & brands in Sydney contributing to Ogury’s expansion in the region.
  • Maximize revenues through close collaboration with the Australian and APAC sales teams, ensuring alignment and success in the market.
  • Develop sales initiatives and customized package offerings that meet market needs and expectations, ensuring Ogury’s value is effectively communicated.
  • Leverage industry relationships to open new doors, expanding Ogury’s reach and market presence.
  • Represent Ogury actively at networking events, industry conferences, and professional associations, enhancing the company’s brand and visibility.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting for the Australian market, ensuring business objectives are met.
  • Strategic Advertising Planning: Develop and implement advertising policies and campaigns that align with and support sales objectives.
  • Client Consultation: Advise clients on effective advertising strategies and campaigns to reach target markets and drive consumer awareness.
  • Brand Promotion: Create and execute advertising initiatives that enhance brand visibility and resonance, supporting overall business growth and development.
  • Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the Customer Success team in preparing and executing advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.

Requirements

  • Proven sales or agency experience, particularly in the AdTech or Media industries, with a strong track record of driving success and/or achieving targets.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Media sales and solutioning for large brands, experience in managed and programmatic offerings, including structuring and closing enterprise-wide deals with major industry players.
  • Well-established network and relationships with key contacts at agencies and brands, leveraging those connections to expand business opportunities.
  • Prior experience in creating strategic agreements and partnerships with agencies to drive mutual success.
  • A high degree of creativity paired with a solutions-oriented mindset, able to approach challenges with innovative solutions.
  • A consultative mindset, focused on connecting with clients to help them unlock their potential and build lasting, value-driven relationships.
  • Strong ability to foster exceptional internal relationships, collaborating across teams to drive success. (We prioritize a culture-first approach!)
