Responsibilities
Active expansion of our sales activities – from new customer acquisition to the development of strategic key accounts
Development and implementation of sales and trade strategies
Responsibility for building, developing and managing wholesale, specialist retail, grocery/LEH and key accounts
Conducting pricing, terms and annual review negotiations
Planning and executing POS, sell-through and trade marketing activities
Managing sales activities using KPIs
Close collaboration with Marketing, Operations and Executive Management
Requirements
Several years of B2B sales experience (beverages, wine, spirits or FMCG)
Experience building customer relationships and sales channels
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Entrepreneurial mindset, personal accountability and strong operational execution
Willingness to travel
Very good German and good English
