About the role

  • Sales Manager driving B2B sales and key account development for ODE's premium aperitifs. Focused on expanding market presence and operational execution in a growing company.

Responsibilities

  • Active expansion of our sales activities – from new customer acquisition to the development of strategic key accounts
  • Development and implementation of sales and trade strategies
  • Responsibility for building, developing and managing wholesale, specialist retail, grocery/LEH and key accounts
  • Conducting pricing, terms and annual review negotiations
  • Planning and executing POS, sell-through and trade marketing activities
  • Managing sales activities using KPIs
  • Close collaboration with Marketing, Operations and Executive Management

Requirements

  • Several years of B2B sales experience (beverages, wine, spirits or FMCG)
  • Experience building customer relationships and sales channels
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, personal accountability and strong operational execution
  • Willingness to travel
  • Very good German and good English
