About the role

  • Salesperson managing and growing strategic accounts in the swine industry for Big Dutchman. Lead consultative sales and partner with internal teams for project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow strategic accounts in the swine industry (Key Accounts)
  • Lead consultative sales of PIG Division solutions and projects (needs assessment, proposals, negotiation, and closing)
  • Partner with internal teams (engineering/projects/after-sales) to ensure smooth handover and high-quality execution
  • Keep pipeline and forecast up to date in the CRM and deliver revenue and margin targets
  • Prospect new opportunities, conduct technical visits, build relationships with decision-makers, and monitor market/competitor moves

Requirements

  • Solid experience in B2B consultative sales within agribusiness; experience with swine production and/or high-value (capex) projects is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Business, or related fields)
  • Willingness to travel across CO/N/NE and a valid driver’s license
  • Strong organization, negotiation skills, results-driven mindset, and communication
  • Nice to Have: Experience with automation, climate/ventilation solutions, feeding systems, manure management, and turnkey solutions
  • English skills to interact with global teams
