Virtual Sales Endo Representative handling customer acquisition and support for Dentsply Sirona. Collaborating with sales teams and managing internal and external customer inquiries.
Responsibilities
Active outbound prospecting to acquire new customers in order to support the field sales team in an assigned region
Professional handling of internal and external customer inquiries, e.g. questions about services, products and offers, as well as complaints (dentists and dental depots)
Close collaboration with the sales team as well as technical service and complaints handling
Conducting consultative sales calls with existing customers; acquisition of new customers and prospects; active customer recruitment
Handling customer inquiries and mailings
Use of the CRM database and recording relevant customer contact information, as well as entering orders
Targeted customer outreach during sales campaigns (supporting the field sales team, lead and revenue generation)
Support for special sales campaigns and virtual sales promotions
Advising customers in the context of endodontic events
Requirements
Successfully completed commercial and/or (dental) medical training, plus professional experience in sales, marketing or communications
Some sales experience
Experience handling complaints and experience as a medical device advisor
Confident use of the MS Office suite and an ERP system (preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX)
Experience with a CRM system (preferably Salesforce) is desirable
Interest in technical and medical topics, with strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
Excellent organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills
German as a native or near-native language – good written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage
