Responsibilities
Sales & Account Management for the company’s tier 1 markets
Managing independently existing partnerships
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals
Identify business and growth opportunities for the Company and our Clients
Handling sales meetings and negotiating deals
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Manage and cultivate key customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management
Perform financial follow-up and reporting both internally and externally
Maintain tracking, reporting, and analysis of performance KPIs
Developing and monitoring performance indicators for sales and staff members, managing sales tracking tools
Handling contracts with clients
Representing the company at industry conferences
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and account management, preferably within the SaaS, digital, and B2B sectors
At least 1 year of experience in the iGaming industry
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying attention to detail
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Fluent in English (Portuguese would be advantageous but not mandatory)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus
Experience with sports and gambling products, preferred but not required
