Responsibilities
Understand clients' needs and translate them into tailored commercial proposals
Provide structured follow-up on each quotation (follow-ups, clarifications)
Maximize the potential of the existing customer base
Identify dormant opportunities and reactivate accounts in the academic, pharmaceutical, and industrial sectors
Document best practices and propose concrete improvements to sales processes
Maintain accurate data in the CRM
Contribute to new marketing, modernization, and content-creation projects
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in chemistry or biochemistry (preferred), physics, engineering, OR a background in sales
Experience in a B2B sales role, in consulting, or in a technical environment
Comfortable with digital tools (CRM, Microsoft 365)
Self-discipline, strategic mindset, and ability to manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously
Intellectual curiosity to understand the technical challenges of laboratories
