Responsibilities

  • Architect a world-class ecosystem strategy
  • Personally execute foundational work required
  • Design and lead execution of partner strategy for Global Systems Integrators (GSIs)
  • Build 'Adaptive Planning Practices' within premier global firms
  • Manage co-innovation and co-sell programs with key technology alliances
  • Accountability for revenue targets and strategic partner-sourced growth
  • Translate Adaptive’s long-term growth thesis into immediate workstreams
  • Prioritize and execute strategic plays for immediate market impact
  • Conduct research for adjacent market opportunities
  • Directly manage relationships with PBU GM, Corporate Strategy, and the GPO
  • Act as the lead liaison between the PBU and Workday’s core sales teams
  • Ensure roadmap priorities are aligned with partner-driven differentiation

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS partner management or business development
  • 5+ years of experience in the Office of the CFO (OCFO) technology or Planning space (FP&A, EPM, or Analytics)
  • 3+ years in a high-level individual contributor or program leadership role
  • Proven track record of personally building and managing Global Strategic Alliances and Hyperscalers
