About the role
- Junior Growth Marketing Specialist at OBRIO managing Meta Ads campaigns for Nebula. Collaborating with teams to optimize performance and scale traffic sources in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns in Meta Ads under the guidance of a team lead;
- Work with paid traffic budgets and learn how to scale campaigns responsibly;
- Test creative concepts, analyze performance, and help identify new creative directions;
- Monitor key performance metrics (CPA, CTR, CPM, ROAS, etc.);
- Participate in A/B testing (creatives, audiences, formats) and apply learnings to campaign optimization;
- Collaborate closely with creative and design teams to brief, review, and improve ad creatives.
Requirements
- 6+ months of work experience in a similar position;
- Your English level is Upper-Intermediate+;
- Basic understanding of unit economics and knowledge of key acquisition metrics: CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.
- Analytical thinking and curiosity about numbers and performance;
- Ability to take responsibility for tasks and results;
- Proactive and team-oriented mindset.
