About the role

  • Account Executive responsible for executing brand marketing strategies and building relationships in healthcare. Focused on achieving sales quotas and expanding market share in designated territories.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively develop and sustain relationships with existing referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, senior living communities, and other healthcare providers, primarily through in-person visits to foster trust and collaboration.
  • Regularly identify and pursue new referral sources by cold calling and attending community networking events to build a diverse and expanding pipeline.
  • Meet or exceed specific referral targets, with a focus on consistently growing your territory and maintaining high levels of activity.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for referral partners, ensuring they receive timely updates and excellent service that encourages ongoing referrals.
  • Collaborate with operational partners to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless service delivery based on referral source feedback.
  • Engage in community outreach, educational events, and professional networking to raise awareness of Oasis Health Partners services and create new opportunities.
  • Establish and build relationships with community organizations, hospital discharge planners, insurance case managers, physicians, medical centers, ALFs, SNFs, retirement communities, and other referral sources to promote home health services
  • Collaborate with existing network of referral sources
  • Serves as a representative of Oasis Health Partners
  • Track and maintain targets and referrals list
  • Conduct presentations to home health leadership quarterly
  • Prioritize marketing efforts in accordance with the established marketing/sales plan

Requirements

  • Associates or higher in business, marketing or health-related field
  • Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare or related sales experience
  • Fluent in English and Spanish preferred
  • Ability to travel in assigned territory
  • Must be dynamic and able to work independently to meet expected targets
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to adapt and carry out marketing efforts
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of federal, state, and local laws which govern home health operations
  • Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid eligibility
  • Knowledge of long term care and other insurances
