Pricing Manager driving pricing strategy and execution for nVent, ensuring profitability and market competitiveness through analysis and collaboration.
Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and implement the company’s overall pricing strategy, frameworks, and policies.
Conduct complex financial and statistical analyses to evaluate pricing scenarios, assess market dynamics, and forecast the impact of pricing decisions on revenue, volume, and profitability.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average selling price (ASP), discount rates, margin attainment, and price realization.
Perform detailed competitive pricing analysis and studies to recommend optimal pricing points for new and existing products.
Requirements
Masters or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Proven Experience for 7+ years in pricing strategy, marketing, and sales channel development.
4 years’ experience in the areas of pricing management.
Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
