About the role

  • Analista Comercial II managing licensing contracts with national and international brands. Ensuring compliance and collaboration with various departments for effective contract execution.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the control and compliance of licensing contracts with national and international brands, ensuring alignment with agreed terms
  • Coordinate the review of contracts, amendments and commercial documents, working in conjunction with Legal and Commercial teams
  • Participate in negotiations with licensors and agents, providing analytical and strategic support to the responsible manager, ensuring adherence to deadlines, KPIs and established contractual conditions
  • Oversee the full licensing workflow, including receipt and analysis of purchase reports, calculation and reconciliation of royalties, payments and active communication with licensors/agents
  • Partner with internal departments (Finance, Legal, Purchasing, Private Label, Sourcing, Planning, Design/Style) to promote cross-functional integration for contract execution, ensuring alignment and efficient decision-making
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with licensors, intermediaries and other stakeholders in the licensing ecosystem
  • Support the manager in servicing licensors/agents, providing operational, organizational and project management assistance
  • Contribute to market and performance analyses of licensed brands/characters, identifying risks, opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Prepare commercial reports and presentations focused on results, performance insights and strategic planning

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Law, Accounting or related fields
  • Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data cross-referencing)
  • Intermediate English (essential for interaction with international licensors)
  • Previous experience with brand licensing contracts and/or commercial support in retail, consumer goods or entertainment companies
  • Experience in contract management, royalties and partner relationship management
  • Preferable experience with licensed characters, global brands or IP-bearing products
  • Knowledge of commercial contracts and licensing clauses
  • Basic accounting knowledge and ability to analyze financial statements
  • Familiarity with ERPs and commercial management systems (Oracle, etc.) is a plus
