About the role

  • BlackLine Administrator managing account reconciliations and finance operations at Nutrien. Collaborating with various teams to enhance financial processes and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Own the administration of BlackLine for account reconciliations, task management, and transaction matching modules
  • Streamline and enhance processes by monitoring, identifying, and updating procedures and documentation
  • Respond to ad hoc requests with speed and accuracy
  • Prepare and manage internal and external audit requests
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts, driving efficiency and innovation in system usage
  • Support projects and special initiatives within the Central Finance team that shape the future of finance operations

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in accounting or finance (preferred)
  • Business degree with a finance or accounting major
  • Knowledge of BlackLine (asset)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative team player with flexibility, a positive attitude, and a client-focused approach.
