About the role

Responsibilities
- First point of contact for 1st/2nd-level support and responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations
- Support with installation, configuration and troubleshooting of client systems (notebooks, PCs, printers, thin clients and smartphones)
- Support and maintenance of network infrastructure at satellite locations
- Assistance with central IT systems such as antivirus/security, backup, monitoring, Citrix farm and Microsoft 365 cloud
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation for our knowledge base and quick-start guides for end users
- Support in coordinating external partners and service providers
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in IT or a degree in an IT-related field
- Career changers with relevant professional experience are also welcome
- Experience in IT support for business users and end users
- Knowledge in networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, WLAN, routing, switching)
- Experience in IT service management; ITIL certification is desirable
- Very strong communication skills, high service orientation and a pronounced team spirit
- Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2)
