Responsibilities
First point of contact for 1st/2nd-level support and responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations
Support with installation, configuration and troubleshooting of client systems (notebooks, PCs, printers, thin clients and smartphones)
Support and maintenance of network infrastructure at satellite locations
Assistance with central IT systems such as antivirus/security, backup, monitoring, Citrix farm and Microsoft 365 cloud
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation for our knowledge base and quick-start guides for end users
Support in coordinating external partners and service providers
Requirements
Completed vocational training in IT or a degree in an IT-related field
Career changers with relevant professional experience are also welcome
Experience in IT support for business users and end users
Knowledge in networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, WLAN, routing, switching)
Experience in IT service management; ITIL certification is desirable
Very strong communication skills, high service orientation and a pronounced team spirit
Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2)
