About the role

  • Administrative position managing calendars, meetings, and office tasks for L3Harris executives. Providing comprehensive support and maintaining organizational operations in high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all administrative responsibilities consisting of creating presentations/weekly reports, scheduling meetings/morale events
  • Booking travel, submitting expense reports, and managing leadership/conference room calendars
  • Proactively organize calendar schedules, email and day-to-day support of executives/site leadership
  • Assist with catering to support business meetings for site leadership
  • Provide comprehensive administration support to executives/leadership, exercising confidentiality and diplomacy
  • Support administration for note-taking, group meetings, and general support if needed
  • Assist with All Hands Meetings, Monthly Management Meetings and employee morale events
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation requirements

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 8 years of prior Administrative experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior Administrative experience
  • 2 years Microsoft Office Tools experience
  • Experience in managing administrative duties for a business office and/or small team
  • Intermediate Excel skills is strongly preferred
  • Driven and resourceful to manage own workload, with flexibility to prioritize and deliver against deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Remains resilient and reliable under pressure
