Responsibilities
Learn, interpret, and apply organizational policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
Process and distribute invoices to appropriate departments for review and approval.
Prepare and submit project billing in a timely and accurate manner.
Coordinate and prepare job packages and project documentation.
Compile and prepare monthly financial data and reports.
Maintain organized and accurate data tracking and filing systems.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required.
Requirements
Experience in an administrative role, with construction industry experience considered an asset.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Professional and effective communication with all levels of staff, from frontline employees to senior leadership.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience with financial or accounting software is considered a strong asset.
