About the role
- Data Administrator at Weetabix entering and managing master data. Providing support and analysis to uphold data quality and assist business functions.
Responsibilities
- Enter and uphold vital master data to guarantee that all information remains accurate and trustworthy
- Main point of contact for questions about master data management, providing clear and timely support
- Analyse data and create reports to help the business spot and resolve potential issues
- Ensure non-conformance is communicated and managed effectively
- Input Master data such as prices, customers, suppliers, product & pack data and carry out peer reviews
- Deliver data within agreed timelines to support functions across the business
- Support the delivery of projects by providing the project link with accurate data and solutions to improve data accuracy and consistency
Requirements
- Previous experience of using Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Experience of reviewing a standard operating procedure (SOP) and adhering to it diligently
- Previous data entry experience and be confident dealing with high levels of numerical data using Excel
- Good communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders and project team members
- Ability to present information logically and professionally with close attention to detail
