Responsibilities
First point of contact for 1st/2nd-level support and responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations
Support for installation, configuration and troubleshooting of client systems (notebooks, PCs, printers, thin clients and smartphones)
Maintenance and support of the network infrastructure at remote sites
Support for central IT systems such as antivirus/security, backup, monitoring, Citrix farm and Microsoft 365 cloud
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation for our knowledge base and quick guides for end users
Assistance with coordination of external partners and service providers
Requirements
Completed vocational training in IT or a degree in an IT-related field
Career changers with relevant professional experience are also welcome
