Responsibilities

  • Provide empathetic customer advice and assist with purchasing decisions
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding orders, delivery, and technical questions

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service or direct customer-facing roles
  • Initial exposure to the coffee industry or the hospitality sector (ideal)
  • Communicative and empathetic personality
  • Enjoy interacting with our community
  • Experience with AI-powered tools
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Organized and responsible approach to work
