About the role

  • Customer Service Operator handling alarm monitoring responses in a fast-paced environment. Providing professional service and documentation for signals while ensuring public safety.

Responsibilities

  • Process and respond to alarm signals quickly, accurately, and professionally in stressful situations
  • Dispatch the proper authorities , verify that help is on the way
  • Document all responses accurately for the signals
  • Learn and utilize multiple software systems efficiently
  • Participate in training and development , for professional growth.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Calm ,reliable, and professional in a fast-paced environment with high-pressure situations
  • willing to work weekends and holidays
  • Must able to pass a background check
  • Able to pass two week training class
  • Experience in customer service is preferred
  • Must reside in Canada and be legally authorized to work.
