Responsibilities

  • Actively shape the future of our international customer service!
  • You will develop tailored service processes together with our country subsidiaries and ensure their continuous improvement.
  • You will act as the central interface between our international teams and internal specialist departments — ensuring service processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  • You will contribute new ideas and work on the development of an international service audit system that sustainably secures quality and customer satisfaction.
  • You will design training concepts that strengthen our service teams worldwide — and support their implementation with passion and expertise.
  • You will be a driving force for innovative service solutions and support our country subsidiaries in further enhancing their customer focus.

Requirements

  • A degree in industrial engineering, business information systems, or business administration is an advantage — comparable qualifications are also welcome.
  • Initial professional experience in service management or product-related services is desirable.
  • Ideally, you are familiar with logistics, spare parts management, returns and repair management, and contact center processes.
  • You enjoy working in a team, are communicative, and take responsibility.
  • Business-fluent German and English are required; additional languages (e.g., Spanish) are a plus.
  • Good MS Office skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Navision) is helpful.
  • Willingness to travel for multi-day business trips.
