Requirements
A degree in industrial engineering, business information systems, or business administration is an advantage — comparable qualifications are also welcome.
Initial professional experience in service management or product-related services is desirable.
Ideally, you are familiar with logistics, spare parts management, returns and repair management, and contact center processes.
You enjoy working in a team, are communicative, and take responsibility.
Business-fluent German and English are required; additional languages (e.g., Spanish) are a plus.
Good MS Office skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Navision) is helpful.
Willingness to travel for multi-day business trips.
