About the role

  • Technical Sales Manager managing customer relationships and providing technical expertise for Pyro & Grinding equipment in the cement industry. Driving growth in spare parts and services with significant travel involved.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and expertise for Pyro & Grinding equipment.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Identify and develop sales opportunities for spare parts, wear parts, services, and upgrades.
  • Support sales teams and local agents in developing and executing sales strategies to increase market share.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximize sales potential and prepare technical and commercial proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal Engineering teams to ensure optimal technical solutions are delivered to customers.
  • Conduct regular site audit visits to customer installations.
  • Complete required reporting and actively participate in internal and external meetings to achieve business targets.
  • Strengthen partnerships with sales managers and local agents to ensure competitive advantage.

Requirements

  • B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 8+ years of experience in the cement industry
  • Knowledge of industry & cement process equipment
  • Proactive nature with effective communication & presentation skills in English
  • Eagerness to travel, 70-80% of time should be spent conducting visits to our customers.
