Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the entire B2B sales function
  • Designing processes, organizational structures, and sales strategy
  • Working with an existing pipeline, CRM, and target customers
  • Active lead generation and closing deals
  • Building, optimizing, and challenging processes and structures
  • Coordinating freelancers
  • Independently consolidating product feedback from customer conversations
  • Close collaboration with and direct reporting to the founding team

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, full-cycle sales
  • Strong self-motivation and a high degree of ownership
  • Experience building processes, structures, and sales funnels
  • Hands-on mentality: you roll up your sleeves rather than just delegating
  • Structured, data-driven way of working
  • Confident presence and strong closing skills
