About the role

  • AIA Program Manager leading outreach and education efforts for CHI Overhead Doors. Managing programs and generating leads while working closely with sales teams and the architecture community.

Responsibilities

  • Lead CHI Overhead Doors AIA Lunch & Learn program
  • Serve as a primary liaison to the architecture, design, and building community
  • Build brand awareness and generate high-quality leads
  • Schedule and deliver accredited presentations, customizing sessions
  • Manage logistics such as travel, catering, and on-site setup
  • Oversee post-session follow-up including AIA certification and lead documentation
  • Develop and qualify architecture and design (A&D) leads
  • Coordinate presentations and share new opportunities with Regional Sales Managers, Commercial Sales Managers, dealers, and teammates
  • Maintain accurate firm and contact records in Microsoft Dynamics and document session outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Familiarity with CHI Overhead Doors products, applications, and sales processes.
  • Strong understanding of CHI Overhead Doors customer segments, applications, and value proposition.
  • Experience with continuing education (CEU) programs is a plus.
  • Understanding of CHI Overhead Doors key markets
  • Previous experience coordinating or delivering educational presentations
  • Microsoft Dynamics fluency
