Requirements
- Bachelor's degree: Psychology, Business Administration, HR Management, or related fields.
- Proven experience: Prior work as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, preferably supporting technology and product teams.
- Data-driven: Ability to analyze spreadsheets and metrics and translate them into strategy.
- Communication & influence: Ability to operate across different organizational levels and mediate complex conflicts.
