About the role

  • Strategic partner supporting leadership in people management decisions at logistics company. Focused on developing talent and ensuring alignment with business objectives in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership, supporting decision-making in people management.
  • Support the development of leaders through mentoring, training tracks, and support for difficult conversations and structured feedback.
  • Map individual and collective development needs.
  • Monitor and diagnose People metrics.
  • Manage the employee lifecycle: from behavioral onboarding to the strategic handling of offboarding.
  • Facilitate performance review cycles and support the creation of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) focused on career progression.
  • Serve as a steward of organizational culture and ensure cultural fit in movements and day-to-day processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree: Psychology, Business Administration, HR Management, or related fields.
  • Proven experience: Prior work as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, preferably supporting technology and product teams.
  • Data-driven: Ability to analyze spreadsheets and metrics and translate them into strategy.
  • Communication & influence: Ability to operate across different organizational levels and mediate complex conflicts.
