Responsibilities
Act as a strategic partner to leadership, supporting decision-making in people management.
Support the development of leaders through mentoring, training tracks, and support for difficult conversations and structured feedback.
Map individual and collective development needs.
Monitor and diagnose People metrics.
Manage the employee lifecycle: from behavioral onboarding to the strategic handling of offboarding.
Facilitate performance review cycles and support the creation of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) focused on career progression.
Serve as a steward of organizational culture and ensure cultural fit in movements and day-to-day processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree: Psychology, Business Administration, HR Management, or related fields.
Proven experience: Prior work as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, preferably supporting technology and product teams.
Data-driven: Ability to analyze spreadsheets and metrics and translate them into strategy.
Communication & influence: Ability to operate across different organizational levels and mediate complex conflicts.
