Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership, supporting decision-making in people management.
- Support the development of leaders through mentoring, training tracks, and support for difficult conversations and structured feedback.
- Map individual and collective development needs.
- Monitor and diagnose People metrics.
- Manage the employee lifecycle: from behavioral onboarding to the strategic handling of offboarding.
- Facilitate performance review cycles and support the creation of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) focused on career progression.
- Serve as a steward of organizational culture and ensure cultural fit in movements and day-to-day processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree: Psychology, Business Administration, HR Management, or related fields.
- Proven experience: Prior work as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, preferably supporting technology and product teams.
- Data-driven: Ability to analyze spreadsheets and metrics and translate them into strategy.
- Communication & influence: Ability to operate across different organizational levels and mediate complex conflicts.
