Responsibilities
Lead the go-to-market and implementation strategy for the two toll products: nspedagio and qualp (financial product and routing solution), ensuring sales growth, excellence in implementation, and real product adoption by customers.
Directly drive the commercialization of the company’s two toll products, promoting the solutions across different sales channels.
Act in a consultative manner in client relationships, demonstrating strong communication, empathy, and a focus on customer experience.
Manage the end-to-end commercial process, ensuring alignment, proposals, closures, and smooth transition to implementation.
Lead the implementation process of the solutions, ensuring the customer understands, adopts, and effectively uses the products.
Manage the Sales and Implementation teams, running management routines, tracking KPIs, and fostering team development.
Monitor commercial and implementation metrics, define action plans, and ensure continuous improvement of results.
Prepare reports, analyses, and executive presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
Maintain constant alignment with the company’s other commercial channels to maximize opportunities and ensure consistency in delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed.
Proven experience in commercial/sales roles, preferably B2B.
Experience in pre-sales, technical presentations, or selling complex solutions.
Required proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferably experienced in software or technology companies.
Preferably experienced with system implementations and customer onboarding.
