Responsibilities
Ofrecer servicios de atención al cliente y gestiones de back office para cubrir las necesidades de nuestro servicio.
Confección de presupuestos.
Realizar comprobaciones y registros en las bases de datos de los vehículos de nuestra cartera de clientes.
Gestionar la flota de vehículos según las reglas de negocio para el cambio de neumáticos.
Comunicación con los talleres a través de los canales disponibles para solucionar posibles incidencias diarias.
Indicar a la cartera de clientes la ubicación de los talleres según la zona solicitada.
Gestión de neumáticos de la competencia.
Gestión con taller para recogida de neumáticos excedentes.
Tramitación de devoluciones de neumáticos.
Manejo de diferentes programas de fabricantes, así como, el propio software de la empresa.
Requirements
Formación académica valorable: CFGM o CFGS Administración.
Experiencia de 2 años en posiciones de teleoperador/a, agente de atención al cliente, contact center o similares.
Buen conocimiento de Microsoft 365, principalmente Excel, Outlook y Teams.
