About the role

  • TR Analyst supporting and enhancing global Total Rewards operations at Novo Nordisk. Handling compensation surveys and benchmarking for employee benefits in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Participating in annual and ad-hoc compensation and benefits surveys.
  • Building salary ranges and providing recommendations based on market data.
  • Developing and implementing data analyses and consolidating rewards elements such as benefits and incentives repositories.
  • Handling queries during the Annual Salary Revision Cycle and supporting stakeholders.
  • Ensuring regular updates to Job Architecture and supporting data insights for dashboards.
  • Benchmarking compensation and benefits elements, including LTI, STI, and benefits programmes.
  • Driving process optimisation and standardisation in Total Rewards processes.
  • Supporting administrative tasks such as routing requests on job levelling and ensuring access controls for dashboards.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience, preferably in a mature Total Rewards Shared Service centre
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Knowledge of LTI administration, benefits benchmarking, and vendor management.
  • Familiarity with process optimisation and quality management.
