About the role

  • Senior Analyst supporting North American Growth Strategy & Corporate Development team. Driving execution of the 2028 Strategic Plan by identifying market opportunities and supporting M&A initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate business portfolio frameworks, strategic initiatives, and financial performance metrics to support long-term growth objectives.
  • Partner with business unit leadership to define, refine, and execute growth strategies, including new market entry, capability expansion, and operational optimization.
  • Support the planning, execution, and performance tracking of the 2028 North American Strategic Plan.
  • Lead and support special strategic initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Conduct in-depth industry and competitive research to identify organic growth opportunities and expansion into adjacent markets.
  • Develop advanced financial models and valuation analyses to assess acquisition targets and strategic investments.
  • Support end-to-end M&A processes, including target screening, due diligence coordination, financial analysis, and integration planning.
  • Prepare business cases, investment memoranda, and executive-level presentations for review by senior leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with North American leadership — including CEO, CFO, General Counsel, Tax, and operational teams — to ensure seamless transaction execution.
  • Support development and management of the M&A pipeline, including engagement with potential acquisition targets.
  • Perform additional strategic and analytical responsibilities as business priorities evolve.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate finance, audit/Transaction Services, or related analytical roles
  • Demonstrated experience in financial modeling, valuation analysis, and market research
  • Exposure to M&A transactions and due diligence processes preferred
  • Exposure to private equity transactions, investment committee materials, or sponsor-driven due diligence processes preferred.
