About the role

  • Analista de Departamento Pessoal Pleno at Fadami supporting HR functions and ensuring legal compliance. Focused on improving operations while collaborating closely with employees and management.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and monitor Personnel/Payroll department routines, ensuring legal compliance, document organization and quality employee support, including:
  • Process and verify electronic timekeeping using the Ahgora TOTVS system, including adjustments, entries, shift/journey validations, time bank management and support to managers and employees;
  • Perform onboarding, termination, vacation and leave procedures;
  • Verify payroll, social charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF) and other statutory obligations processed by external accounting;
  • Maintain ongoing interface with accounting to request and verify labor information and submissions to eSocial;
  • Ensure compliance with current labor and social security legislation;
  • Control and administer benefits such as transportation voucher, meal allowance, health plan and other company-provided benefits;
  • Provide employee support to clarify questions related to labor matters and payroll;
  • Support internal and external audits related to the area;
  • Organize, update and maintain labor documentation and integration paperwork required for clearance of employees at external clients;
  • Keep physical and digital departmental files organized and up to date;
  • Distribution and control of PPEs (Personal Protective Equipment);
  • Support the SESMT in controlling mandatory documents and programs, such as PGR (Risk Management Program), PCMSO (Occupational Health Medical Control Program) and ART (Technical Responsibility Note);
  • Monitor and schedule mandatory trainings (NRs — Regulatory Standards);
  • Open and follow up on Work Accident Reports (CAT);
  • Provide logistical support to employees on corporate travel, including purchase of tickets, hotel and vehicle reservations;
  • Support the organization of lectures, informational campaigns and internal initiatives related to the area;
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for corporate events;

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Personnel/Payroll (Departamento Pessoal);
  • Experience reviewing payroll and social charges;
  • Knowledge of labor legislation;
  • Experience with electronic timekeeping systems;
  • Organized, detail-oriented and strong interpersonal skills;
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or related fields.
