About the role

  • Sales Representative building foundational skills in a supportive environment at Novo Nordisk. Engaging with customers and supporting sales activities in the Canadian market.

Responsibilities

  • Support day‑to‑day sales activities and customer interactions
  • Engage with prospective and existing customers through phone, email, and virtual meetings
  • Learn and follow the sales process, tools, and CRM systems
  • Prepare sales materials, follow‑ups, and internal reporting
  • Build foundational knowledge of products, customers, and the Canadian market
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to support account needs
  • Continuously develop sales skills through coaching and feedback

Requirements

  • Some previous exposure to sales or customer‑facing roles (internship, contract, inside sales, retail, customer success, or similar)
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and develop professionally
  • Comfortable engaging with customers and handling objections at a basic level
  • Ability to manage time, priorities, and repetitive tasks effectively
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada
