Responsibilities
Promocionar y vender los productos de Novo Nordisk en un territorio asignado
Implementar estrategias de ventas para promover los productos de Novo Nordisk
Realizar llamadas y visitas de ventas a especialistas, médicos, farmacias y/o distribuidores, presentar características y beneficios de los productos a clientes potenciales
Identificar las necesidades del cliente y sugerir productos y servicios adecuados
Negociar precios y condiciones de entrega dentro de los límites autorizados
Concluir órdenes de venta para cumplir con los objetivos de ingresos
Construir y mantener relaciones positivas con los clientes
Gestionar originales de obsequio, respetando las reglas para recepción, almacenamiento, distribución y monitoreo de temperatura
Requirements
Título universitario en un área relevante (por ejemplo, negocios, marketing, ciencias de la vida)
Mínimo de 3-4 años de experiencia en ventas farmacéuticas o en un área relacionada
Historial comprobado de cumplimiento o superación de objetivos de ventas
Dominio en el uso de software CRM y otras herramientas de ventas
Deseable: Experiencia en canales público y privado, así como en lanzamiento de nuevos productos
Experiencia previa en líneas cardiometabólicas, obesidad y/o diabetes
