About the role

  • Sales and Growth Manager leading global sales and growth strategies in Oil & Gas market. Collaborating with partners and ensuring the execution of the business strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve the defined performance indicators (OP, GM, conversion rate, cash)
  • Define commercial strategies, pricing policies and negotiation approaches
  • Develop strong relationships with end users, market stakeholders and our technology partner
  • Anticipate customers' future needs and position appropriate technical solutions early in the project phases (DTI)
  • Represent GE PCS with our technology partner and serve as the primary point of contact for ITO activities
  • Build trusted relationships at all levels of the organization, from operations to top management
  • Implement a sustainable growth plan by:
  • • Increasing market share in collaboration with other P&L entities of GE PCS
  • • Identifying new customers and generating new business opportunities
  • • Defining a differentiated value proposition that reinforces GE PCS’s key role in electrification
  • Ensure rigorous follow-up of commercial opportunities in coordination with application engineering and Service teams
  • Actively collaborate with product platforms to prioritize product needs and support cost-optimization initiatives
  • Contribute to Marketing activities: definition of offerings (SaaS), long-term strategy and planning
  • Provide market expertise (benchmarks, win/loss analyses) and deep knowledge of products and applications

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or equivalent
  • At least 10 years' experience in sales, marketing, business development or global account management
  • Strong knowledge of the Oil & Gas sector, particularly variable-speed applications and rotating machinery
  • Proven track record in complex sales, with an established network in Oil & Gas
  • Ability to operate effectively within a matrixed, international organization
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to respond quickly and effectively to needs
  • High ethical standards and integrity
  • Fluent in French and English (required)
  • A third language is a plus
