About the role

  • Product Specialist I driving sales for Novo Nordisk's diabetes products in the Cardiometabolic Sales Team. Engaging with doctors, meeting sales KPIs, and managing stock supply.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and map key stakeholders within the assigned region to implement company marketing initiatives
  • Engage regularly with doctors to promote company products,
  • Meet sales effectiveness KPIs by achieving required call averages
  • Ensure timely supply and availability of products
  • Conduct ongoing prescription audits and competitive analysis

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharma or Life Science (full-time)
  • 1–7 years’ pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably with diabetes products
  • Strong knowledge of the territory, market, and stockists
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills
  • Solid business understanding and analytical abilities
