About the role

  • Provide support to our internal clients, expertly troubleshooting technical issues related to applications, operating systems, and computer hardware.
  • Install and configure Linux and Windows systems and software, adhering to established company procedures.
  • Support database operations by writing simple SQL queries, analyzing routine errors, and executing backup processes.
  • Develop and maintain clear and accessible user manuals and technical documentation.

Requirements

  • Strong practical knowledge of Linux and Windows Server operating systems.
  • Fundamental understanding of SQL (e.g., ability to write basic SELECT and UPDATE queries).
  • A solid grasp of LAN/WAN configuration and common networking challenges.
  • Basic knowledge of virtualization concepts and technologies.
  • Fluency in Polish and a communicative level of English.
  • Nice to have:
  • Prior experience in the IT industry or a related field.
  • Ability to write scripts (e.g., PowerShell and Bash) to automate tasks.
  • Communicative ability in Ukrainian (useful for serving our diverse client base).
