Responsibilities
Provide support to our internal clients, expertly troubleshooting technical issues related to applications, operating systems, and computer hardware.
Install and configure Linux and Windows systems and software, adhering to established company procedures.
Support database operations by writing simple SQL queries, analyzing routine errors, and executing backup processes.
Develop and maintain clear and accessible user manuals and technical documentation.
Requirements
Strong practical knowledge of Linux and Windows Server operating systems.
Fundamental understanding of SQL (e.g., ability to write basic SELECT and UPDATE queries).
A solid grasp of LAN/WAN configuration and common networking challenges.
Basic knowledge of virtualization concepts and technologies.
Fluency in Polish and a communicative level of English.
Nice to have:
Prior experience in the IT industry or a related field.
Ability to write scripts (e.g., PowerShell and Bash) to automate tasks.
Communicative ability in Ukrainian (useful for serving our diverse client base).
