About the role

  • Sales Manager at Novicon focusing on acquiring Munixo customers in D-A-CH region. Driving customer relationships and leading sales efforts for a modern ERP solution.

Responsibilities

  • Your main responsibility is acquiring future Munixo customers in the service and trade sectors across the D-A-CH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) with 15–500 employees.
  • You will manage your leads from first contact through discovery and Munixo software pitches to a successful close.
  • For advanced demos, our ERP consultants will support you as needed.
  • In this role you will have a high degree of responsibility and creative freedom.
  • We, as sales colleagues, meet each other at eye level and act as mutual sparring partners.
  • When required, our subject-matter experts from the different departments will support you to convincingly qualify potential customers.

Requirements

  • You are a “hunter”: your inner drive and strong sales appetite are the foundation of your success.
  • You hold yourself to high standards and aim to win through quality.
  • You demonstrate a keen sense for challenges and customer needs within business processes.
  • Your quick grasp of how to model and optimize processes with software builds trust and makes you a valued, peer-level contact for potential customers.
  • You have a strong IT affinity and enjoy pitching software.
  • You proactively build part of your own sales pipeline.
  • You use your enthusiasm and presentation skills successfully in customer pitches, convincing both Key Users and C-level stakeholders.
  • You have completed a degree (university or business training) and have several years of experience in sales or as a user of ERP or CRM software.
  • German is your native language or you speak German at an excellent level.
