Requirements
Several years of sales experience
Experience in (functional) leadership of a digital sales team
A completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree — ideally in finance/insurance — is a plus
You love numbers, KPIs and clear targets — and can communicate them effectively
You combine empathy with assertiveness
Very good German and good English skills
