About the role

  • Team Lead Sales managing an 8-member team in the sales department, ensuring clients are well-advised and pursuing clear KPIs while promoting team development and optimizing processes.

Requirements

  • Several years of sales experience
  • Experience in (functional) leadership of a digital sales team
  • A completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree — ideally in finance/insurance — is a plus
  • You love numbers, KPIs and clear targets — and can communicate them effectively
  • You combine empathy with assertiveness
  • Very good German and good English skills
