Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and fifteen (15) years of relevant experience OR Master's Degree and thirteen (13) years of relevant experience OR 9 Years with PhD
- Active US Government Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI, SAP/SAR
- Demonstrated change management leadership and results.
- Ten (10) years of experience in advanced technology development.
- Experience with direct report leadership and managing teams.
- Ability to develop and foster an inclusive work environment that attracts, retains, and inspires diverse and engaged teams.
