Responsibilities
The core responsibility of the Global Digital Marketing Senior Manager CHC is to be responsible for elevating our brand presence and consumer experience across all digital touchpoints and markets.
You will lead the development and execution of data-driven, AI-powered digital and media strategies that align with brand objectives, maximize campaign performance, and deliver measurable business growth.
You will play a pivotal role in driving digital marketing automation, testing, personalization at scale, and advanced ad funnel sequencing, while leveraging data management to optimize the full consumer decision journey and path to purchase.
Design, implement, and optimize global digital media campaigns across all channels, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and maximizing ROI.
Oversee campaign performance, leveraging advanced analytics, attribution models, and AI-powered insights to maximize ROI and business impact.
Collaborate with agencies and cross-functional teams to ensure best-in-class media planning, buying, and execution.
Champion the use of AI and automation tools to streamline campaign management, enable rapid testing, and deliver personalized experiences at scale.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital, Online Media, or related field (Master’s preferred).** • Proven experience in digital marketing, campaign management, SEO/SEM, online advertising, and digital measurement in a highly regulated (healthcare) environment.** • Deep expertise in campaign media management, performance analytics, and data-driven decision-making.** • Hands-on experience with AI-driven marketing platforms, automation tools, and personalization engines.** • Strong analytical, strategic, and creative thinking skills; ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.** • Track record of driving digital transformation, managing cross-functional teams, and achieving measurable results.** • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.** • International experience, ideally with a focus on Europe and complex, multi-market environments.** • Fluent in English.
