About the role
- HSE Manager Service improving health, safety, and environmental performance in wind turbine service in Germany and Austria. Leading HSE processes and supporting management in compliance.
Responsibilities
- You strategically align the HSE organization for Service in Germany and Austria
- You provide technical leadership to the Service HSE Managers and strengthen collaboration between first- and second-level support
- You act as the appointed Occupational Health and Safety Officer for Service
- You develop HSE processes end-to-end, taking into account both internal and legal requirements
- You advise and support Service Management on all HSE matters
- You contribute to the development and implementation of HSE programs and to the continuous improvement of the HSE management system
- You implement HSE customer requirements and conduct internal and external audits and meetings
Requirements
- Completed training as an Occupational Safety Specialist (Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit) or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a technical-industrial environment
- Solid knowledge of relevant standards, in particular ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness and the ability to work in a team
- Structured working style and a hands-on mentality
- Willingness to travel regularly within Germany and Austria
