- Champion standardised asset data and reporting, turning diverse technical insights into a single source of truth for executives and ministers.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture that breaks down silos and drives innovation across the transport network.
Requirements
- Extensive experience leading maintenance and optimisation programs across road or transport infrastructure networks.
- Proven track record in managing and delivering a portfolio of strategic programs or projects, balancing competing priorities and stakeholders.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to integrate complex technical data into clear, actionable insights for decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and foster collaboration across technical disciplines and organisational boundaries.
- A four-year Engineering degree from an Australian University or an equivalent overseas qualification recognised under the Washington Accord.
- Alternatively, relevant tertiary qualifications in a related technical discipline combined with significant industry experience.
- Holds a valid Australian driver licence, willing to travel and work outside standard hours, and able to meet required security and employment screening checks.
