Responsibilities
You independently manage development projects from A (work package) to Z (schedule) in the medical technology, industrial, or avionics sectors — for example, the integration of an infusion pump with a hospital information system.
You act as project manager and carry the coordination responsibility for your project teams (3–50 people); this includes, for example, deriving work packages, planning development phases, and ongoing transparent project monitoring and control.
In collaboration with specialist teams, you prepare project cost estimates, detailed project plans, and draft proposals.
You capture and assess customer requirements with regard to their impact on the project.
You serve as a central key role and ensure the smooth flow of information between customers and your colleagues from development and sales.
Requirements
You have a successfully completed degree in a technical or natural sciences field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering/Technical Informatics, Physics, Mathematics, or similar) or an equivalent qualification.
You have at least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Product Owner, can lead software or hardware teams, and prepare project cost estimates.
Experience in regulated environments is an advantage.
You are experienced with traditional and agile project management methods, such as the V-Model or SCRUM, and ideally hold a certification (e.g., IPMA or PMI).
Very good German skills (C1) as well as good English skills.
