Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to develop and implement effective talent attraction strategies
  • Maintain talent pipelines by identifying, engaging, and attracting potential candidates globally
  • Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Conduct market research and analyze recruitment metrics
  • Seek innovative ways to improve talent sourcing and recruitment processes

Requirements

  • Previous experience in talent sourcing
  • Analytical mindset and understanding of recruitment metrics
  • Curiosity and can-do attitude
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English
